Connected but no connection

Evenin everyone

I own the A20 F 5g...the last day or so it won't stay connected to my wifi...it says it's connected but not connected...there is full wifi service which my roommates are enjoying with no interruption...after some research and trying many things that were suggested I'm still being disconnected regularly...on a Google search I was also told that this is a custom model ...I may need to search out tech support....since I know many here understand these things better I ask here first...what could cause this and any idea how to correct it...has been running excellent til yesterday...appreciate anyone's thoughts

Can you tell us what you have tried so far?

Uninstalling the wifi settings on all 3 connections and reinstalling...rebooting my phone ...going through and making sure data is on

Try open Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings

***Before you do, make sure you have SSID and Wifi password handy. Also, if you have bluetooth devices connected to your phone, these bluetooth devices need to reconnect again.

After network reset, monitor the connection again.
