Galaxy SIf you Flash the "Home_CSC", it should NOT wipe your device.
If you Flash "CSC" it WILL Wipe your device.

Galaxy SDon't know if this makes it clear what the difference is between Home_CSC & CSC...
Flashing firmware with same CSC as your previous firmware then you can use Home_CSC and if you are flashing different CSC firmware then you have to use file which starts with CSC. You will lose data when not using Home_CSC because it contains different partition information and flashing this will delete you previous partition resulting loss of data but a successful flashing if you are stuck with Home_CSC.
Is this what you are asking & why do you want to change the CSC on your device?

I haven't seen the option using Odin for network only or sales & network, but it sounds like "sales & network" would include Bell's bloatware?

Galaxy SI'm not sure. I've always Flashed the CSC with Odin.
So if you want to use the Dialer to change the CSC, I'd definitely backup your device with Smart Switch FIRST.
I don't know precisely what they mean by "sales & network", it could be just Bell's bloatware, but it could also mean Bell's VoLTE, RCS & WiFi Calling.
If the device was shipped with another Canadian Carrier's CSC, I think that changing just the network shouldn't wipe the device, but I'm not sure.
It likely depends on what they mean by the word "sales".. 🤔
