Custom notifications tones

Dear Samsung, i have been searching to set my notifications tones so that i can select music for each individual notifications but unfortunately your set up only allows me to selct it for all notifications, plus the way of doing it isn t that easy compared to what it was in the past. Can you please maybe look into this & find us a way of doing so without it being compliant & haviyto go between multiple menus, i remember a time when it was as simple as clicking a + in the tones selection menu & you went & selected from your music file & could choose for what notifications you wanted wich song, example text is ine tone, email a different tone, & so on.

Now it seems that the more the devices advance they loose there simplicity. I really would like to see this feature return for the next update. I don't think anyone will complain about it. Give us some choices for our own selections not just what's pre installed. I am not a computer genius when things get to complex i get migraines. 😅

If only they would have kept the + in the notifications menu in settings. I don't know why they remind it. It was simple to use.

Which phone you had and what you have now? I had a S20 and there was no + sign 🤔

Yes that's what I had before I found how to bring up the categories...let me check I am pretty sure there was an hidden menu so I had to type something within the search box within the setting

As you can see it's in french but I have everything now. I will come back to you I will find the hidden menu again....that was so frustrating

It's exactly what's on the video go check it, i am certain you will agree, overly complex for thise that like it that way but a frustration for those that like it less complex

Try itbagain I am pretty sure that's what I did... toggle OFF and ON again....yhere is a bug I think

There are plenty of third party app's for that, but i don't like using them, i had bad experience with many in the past. I find it would be simpler for Samsung to give us the option, it's not as if they couldn't since they had it in the past, i just discovered understand why they removed the option from how it was. It was good
