Hi, the ESIM feature will be enabled via a software update. There are some additional models that will be added to the list as made available. S21 and Note20 (Bell, Rogers, Telus and Wind/Shaw) are the first mobile devices that will support ESIM and will be able to be used after software update. Date of update will be 17th Nov for S21 and 22nd Dec for Note20. All ESIM functions are activated by QR code scanning. S21 and Note20 will support ESIM. This feature will be enabled via a software update.

Members have already confirmed that the S21 had eSIM the end of 2021 & the Note 20 Ultra, the BEGGING of this year with the One UI V4.0 update.
If this information is already available on Samsung Members Canada, I fail to understand why Samsung's Moderators are unaware of this?
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE after samsung.com chat told me it supported eSIM. Now I am stuck with it. The only reason I bought it was for the eSIM, otherwise I could have cheaped out and bout something from the A range of phones for 200 bucks. This is so disappointing. If Samsung are listening please enable eSIM.
