Does anyone know how to change the sound find my phone makes when you use it?

Go to Settings > Apps & Search for "Find" >Click on "Find My Mobile" > Notifications > App Notifications > Notification Categories > Find My Mobile > Sound & then select whatever sound you want.

Obviously make sure that Notifications are Toggled to ON.

This no longer works, at least not on my Note 10+. The only way to change the notification sound (as I've found) was to change my alarm sound entirely. However, that didn't seem to update the Find My Mobile sound either. So instead I went on Zedge, found a random sound, and set it as my alarm sound from there. This seemed to update my alarm sound across my entire device and all apps that used the alarm sound, and when I pinged my phone the desired sound played. Hope they allow us to more easily change this in the future, as it seems they have taken away the ability to change the sound through the method mentioned by RedDogRabbit.

This does not work for the S20 FE. If you go to the "Notification Categories" it doesn't give you any options. It just says "This app hasn't sent you any notifications", even after you've used it.

I find it frustrating that the "Find my phone" feature doesn't make any noise when on silent / vibrate.

SamsungPhone: "FindMyMobile" and GalaxyWatch: "FindMyPhone" The "FindMyPhone" App is the problem. There is no place to change notification sound. The other one  you can change sound options under App>notification> Notification Categories. But that's not what the watch uses to ping the phone anymore.

Have you found a way to change that annoying sound to something else when searching for your phone using your watch?

I found a solution (credits to Nemi5150 on reddit).

The problem is that your phone uses its built-in default alarm sound. Changing your built-in default alarm sound is easier said than done, because changing the alarm in the clock app won't change it.

You need to download the Zedge app (yes you need this app) and choose a ringtone of your liking. Then set this ringtone as your alarm sound. why is this app different, I don't know.

I also didn't believe it at first but after hours of searching I gave it a try

It does work on Find My Device Google but it doesn't use my alarm ringtone, it uses my call ringtone which I find more unfathomable.

Also I've noticed it's not the same with Smartthing find my device ringtone for some reason.

I believe it up to Samsung themselves or someone from Reddit to give us a solution we're it only affects the find My device ringtone and nothing else.
