Hello I've noticed that my S20 fe 5g battery is going down a bit more quickly after getting the update, it's only a year old,  and wasn't like this before the update.

I'm just wondering if it's a common thing among others. If so any fixes you did that may have helped?

Thanks have a great day.

I have noticed the same thing (and I have power saving mode on) I don't why this is happening. It's not a huge deal, I'm still able to get over a day of charge, but it is a concern

Same here, since I got the phone I set it's display to the 60hz and use power saving, turn it off when charging etc, I also notice it uses a it more ram. I regularly clear and do the battery optimization when I'm able to

Hi, we suggest you to follow these steps and see if it works.

Settings > Apps, choose the target application > Battery > Optimized
Unrestricted : Allow this app to use battery in the background without restrictions. This may reduce your battery life.
Optimized : Optimize based on your usage of this app. Recommended for most apps.
Restricted : Restrict battery usage while this app is running in the background. The app may not work as expected and notifications may be delayed.

The thing is I had that all set up before the update, I changed nothing after, I backed up stuff and did what I saw some one saying to do and factory reset it may have helped some but today for example I turned my phone on around 9:50am it's now 6:36 pm it's currently at 54% for the amount of time I was on it, it should only roughly be around 75% or 65 just going off of other times

I regret updating...

Yes it is same as mine, mine just over 2 months old **bleep**. Previously i still have more than 60% at the end of theday, after updated halfday already drain 50%. Been to service center , they check everytging ok, the only thing they said, just wait for another update and report to community. Thats not helping and frustrated with this new phone .

I backed stuff up and done a factory reset as I seen it recommended online, after a few days to a week (or 2) it went back to how it should. Draining much slower, and lasting longer.
