Not sure but my phone and others keep rebooting randomly and yes cleared cache , ran in safe mode but it still happens has Samsung even addressed this issue? I didn't spend 2000$ on premium ceramic phone for it to be tweaking out.

Hey @anarchism85,

Sorry to hear your S10 is rebooting randomly like that... This is the first I've heard of your issue, but it definitely needs to be addressed!

While we look into it, I recommend taking your device to a Samsung Service Center (https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/service-center/) so a tech can take a look at it.

Cheers,

Sabrina

I know someone else who has this issue and he fixed by removing the SD Card and it turned out after that it's never rebooted by itself...

hey everyone!! This also happened to me on my Galaxy S10+ 128gb model. It would reboot randomly and only way I get notified is because of my Galaxy Watch Bluetooth disconnect notification. I then removed my SD card and it was fine for a few days and then it happened again! so I know the SD card was not causing the issue, it almost seems to be more of an internal hardware issue that hopefully can be resolved with a patch. While I was dealing with all this nonsense, I had Telus send me a replacement device, which I just recieved today. I will be working and monitoring on this replacement to see if I get anymore random reboots...but yes definitely a scary thought for a brand new $1500 device...

I am in the same boat, did a factory reset but it didn't fix the issue, saw a post suggesting to wipe the dalvik cache, i tried it but the random reboot is still happening...

my s10+ is doing this too. I don't have an SD card in, so it definitely isn't that.

I changed devices to a newer 128gb model.instead same issue BUT I turned off my mobile data phone doesn't do it. and so far the ones with issues I know of personally are on telus network. so maybe it's a sim card issue or software issue but as far as my troubleshooting goes it's down to mobile network crashing the phone.
