galaxy s10 plus volume issues

Anyone else having problems with volume on their phone I'll have everything turned up all the way and  notifications are vary low and videos on Facebook and YouTube can barely hear them  restart my phone and everything  goes back to normal

probably from dual audio, is it through the s10 speakers or bluetooth?

What is dual audio...I have this on my Note 10+ but don't know what it is... Is this because we can plug 2 bluetooths devices in the same time ?

s10 speakers I dont have it hooked up to a bluetooth device

@Cassidy yes! but it lowers the volume down significantly

@hfx1 have you tried the Samsung Members app self diagnostic?
