So when I am on wifi, everything on my Samsung GS7 works fine. As soon as I leave the wifi zone, everything related to my google accounts stops working. My Gmail will not sync, I cannot access my google settings, any apps requiring a Google account login, such as Pokemon Go, will not work. I feel like I have tried everything possible. I have read through a ton of forums with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps. I have clear data caches. I have checked the date and time as well as all app and software updates. Eventually I just reset my phone, assuming that would solve the issue, but it did not. I had this phone for about 8 months and everything was working fine until the other day and I have no idea what changed. Help!
Side note - My cellular data works fine as long as I am not doing anything google account related. I can browse the internet and use other apps just fine.
Another Update - I put my sim into an Iphone 6S and everything worked fine, so apparently it is not a google account issue but a phone issue? Also, after wiping my phone, someone else tried starting up the phone with their google account and experienced the exact same issues, even though everything on their GS6 was running (and still is running) fine.

Do you have background data "on" in the data usage settings for mobile data?

Background data is on for everything. All mobile settings appear to be normal.

Hi @KeighlR, use the Smart Tutor function within Members (Support > After Sales) to get help from a expert in fixing this issue. It sounds however, like your mobile data APN settings are not configured correctly with your carrier. Contact them to get the correct setup for their network!
