what does the circle with a diagonal line through it on the top right do and how do I get rid of it. The circle on the left is the do not disturb... help

tallman, when I do a restart it goes away... this just started happening a week ago. I just tried to make a call and I I do have services

I just did... was able to make and keep call. symbol was still there.. it's weird. wonder if it's a problem app?

How about pull down quick menu? Do you see "Searching for service" ? Or nothing?
