My daughter called me and said my phone prompted her to enter a number to complete the call. What is it and how do I get rid of it

That is messed up with Koodo! I've never heard of such a thing!

The call control is to block spam callers from getting through. I currently use it

I don't know if it's Samsung or if it's coming from Rogers, but Spam Protection with Rogers uses Hiya.

I think Samsung phones use Hiya to Block Spam calls. But luckily Koodo has the call control feature. So I technically use both👍🏿
