Hi I think I messed up

I think I I actually registered my device on us and samsung sites when j only want it on Canadian. I can barely get through one,I did this before. Everything I try to register something in Canada I get an "oops" then a 500 error,I tried the whole tike thing and even though I set it to net work my alert put the new login 1 hr behind in central. I'm at a loss. Please help ty SM-S901W

Can I just delete both registered products and start all over with thr right reion

Don't know. 

Did you try Registering using the Samsung Members app > Click on Support & Register, like I already suggested?

But, if that doesn't work, then you'll have to follow the steps on the link I gave you.

It says I'm already in Canada should I just delete both accounts completely on both sites and register my phone again,

You can try, but I'd follow the instructions on the link.

There's a reason why they don't just tell people to delete both accounts. 

The IMEI is likely to be be already registered, and simply deleting won't allow you to proceed.

Like the popular game show, that's my final answer.

It switches on top from us to ca I can only get through to Canada directly by Google samsung Canada login but I stoll get passed through the US site before making by through to Canada
