Galaxy SThere's no reason to be concerned, or watching how much RAM is being used on Android devices.
There's an expression (been posted here a bunch of times); "Unused RAM is WASTED RAM". Android devices are very efficient with RAM usage.
Clearing Cache really won't do anything for RAM usage, because as soon as you Clear the Cache, it is immediately rebuilt, and that's what it is supposed to do.
The only times that you may want to Clear Cache, is if you notice some "buggy" behavior, and the point of Clearing Cache is essentially to clean out any "junk" that may have accumulated.
If your device is working normally, just ignore the amount of Cache being used 😉
