The home button on the bottom of phone to turn screen on, how do I change this??

Actually, I think Samsung removed that option with Pie. So there's currently no way to disable it.

There is one way to remove square home button from AOD ...First Go To Sitting > Lock screen > Always On Display > select Clock option ..
By Selecting Clock option The Home button will remove from AOD
