The home button on the bottom of phone to turn screen on, how do I change this??

There is one way to remove square home button from AOD ...First Go To Sitting > Lock screen > Always On Display > select Clock option ..
By Selecting Clock option The Home button will remove from AOD

what do you mean exactly? What device do you have? a physical home button or the in screen home button? Or do you want to disable the wake up feature?

If it's like three Note 8, there was a "physical" haptic home button under the screen. Normally pressing and holding will turn in the screen. However if it's the 10 series, it's been replaced with the FP scanner under there screen.

@Vic20 - ya I have the S9+ and my home button is the same as the note 8, so that's why if i was to take a guess this post is likely talking about the wake up feature.

@TBone I'm guessing the same thing. But it should be in settings somewhere to enable/disable the wakeup if that is the case.

Would help to have more details of what exactly they are looking for as mentioned above.
