Is Samsung Cloud still working?

Is Samsung Cloud still working in 2022? If so what exactly is it backing up? I need a reliable way to backup and sync my notes.

Samsung Cloud still available for backing up accounts data and Samsung Notes. However, no more storsge for photos and documents.

This doesn't make sense to me I'm not sure why Samsung didn't see the importance of investing in their own storage option

I assume that the 'my files' app will still be backed up by Samsung. Is that correct?

No, My Files app will not backup to Samsung Cloud. Under My Files app, you may sign-in to One Drive or Google Drive for backup your files.
