I downloaded the latest update for my S10 and since install I get like a black shutter across my screen when I'm using it. It happens every 5-10 minutes. It causes videos to stop playing or drops the keyboard or acts like a back button. It differs depending on what I'm doing when the shutter type thing happens. Does this make any sense? Any recommendations?
- Power off your phone - Press and hold vol up and bixby key until you are in recovery mode - use vol up and down to navigate - select Wipe Cache Partotion - press power key to confirm - click yes - click reboot system
