Hello,

Lately I have been having issues with wireless charging. I can plug in my phone because a pin is broken. I have been wirelessly charging it. Lately, when I put it on the pad, the percentage goes down. I've tried everything. I have tried to shut it off, I tried moving it on the pad, I tried switching pads. But my phone still keeps on going down when charging.

It still somewhat works. That is some of the things that I have tried. Once the pandemic is over, I will switch to a newer phone. In the meantime, what other things can I do to make the percentage of the charge go up and stay at 100%.

I have also noticed too, a few times when it is fully charged, I tried to swipe the phone to open. It won't. So I have to restart it again. How do I fix this?

As @Kinsley stated contact support directly. Ask if you can get a quote first to decide if it's worth repairing. They will replace the battery and even fix the broken charge port.

As @Ray2 stated, another issue is repair cost and if it's worth it. Might be more worthwhile to save instead to get a new device at this point.
