Microphone issues

Hi everyone, I have S9 plus. Only when  call others, microphone is working but when they call, they can't hear me. Any way to fix it? Also I already checked safe mode and it didn't help. Not a third-party app issue or permission problem. Thanks

Welcome to Samsung Members Canada. 

Please verify the mic in the Samsung members app. Follow these steps:
Open Samsung Members app >> Get Help >> Interactive Checks >> speaker and mic.

Also, Is any Bluetooth device connected to your phone? While making/Receiving calls?

If Yes, please disconnect the Bluetooth device and check.

Hello, thank you for your response. I finished the Interactive check and speaker and mic both working normal. Also no other devices is connected. For more information, when I use my earphones, there is no problem at all. It happens only when I receive a call with no earphones. The interesting part is that, while the call, as soon as I insert my headphones jack, it starts working. Thank you.

Do you want to try the following steps? Not sure if it helps, but you can try.

 

Open Settings -> Apps -> Phone -> Storage

Click Clear data and clear cache

 

***This will reset your phone app to original settings. So, if you have some special settings, blocked numbers...etc., all will remove.
