More Battery problems

So i restarted the phone in safe mode and the battery was fine then when i restarted it back the battery is draining back so i went to gsa battery monitor and i found samsung dex taking up 18% and i dont even own a dex or know how to turn it on.

Try going into Settings > apps > Tap 3 dots in top right corner > show system apps >find Samsung Dex home > Storage > Select Uninstall/disable if available > if not try clearing the data on it/clearing the cahce

Get BK Disabler from the Play Store and you can Disable "bloat" and System Apps (Use EXTREME CAUTION when Disabling System Apps) However some System Apps can be safely Disabled - ie: CNN - NHL etc.

Here's a screen shot of Dex and you'll note that it's a System App - Again BK Disabler is a useful tool for Non Rooted devices - But Use Caution ⚠ 🐧

I dont think there is a service center anywhere around london or windsor. I have to go to ottawa or toronto right
