New S24+/512, when using my files to access smb server (synology NAS), app reaches out to get addon from Galaxy store but states can't connect to server. 

Tried force stop, clear cache, clear data, factory reset, clean install. Tried same with smart switch.

Works fine on my old S20+, spouse's S23+, tab S7FE. Looks like a problem with the stock preloaded app, no updates available yet.

What version do you have? I don't have the S24, but my version is 15.0.00.58.

I tried installing your version but it failed.

For now, perhaps you could try an older version do we to get the functionality. The APK can be downloaded from apkmirror.com.

I tried to install a previous version and it failed to install. Likely as this newer version is baked into the rom. Likely have to wait for Samsung to push an update.

Maybe try again tomorrow. You need to install the network addon for My File app. I am using S24U and I am able to connect to my Synology NAS.

I have tried every day for a week. When trying to install addon,it cannot connect to galaxy store.

1 Launch Samsung Members app.
