No Call waiting feature S21 5G

I do not see a call waiting feature on my S21 5G. I have looked in the recommended spot under phone settings, as described in a 2024 YouTube video and here by others. There are simply no "supplemetary settings",

only "other call settings" and no call waiting option to toggle. is it possible that this option just doesnt exist? I havent found anything online, dont understand that after all these years that this phone has been out, nobody asked and answered this question.

For me it's under supplementary services.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. You're right the "Other call settings" menu you're seeing does not include Call Waiting, and there’s no “Supplementary Services” option either. That suggests this is a carrier-controlled limitation or a SIM-dependent setting. 

We recommend contacting your your carrier and ask them if Call Waiting is enabled on your line.
