One UI 5/android 13 release update

Samsung Canada customer care just confirmed to me that because Samsung sends out the updates in batches that we will only get the update in mid to end of November. 

The guy didn't want to really answer my question, but has said the next update should be released the "3rd week of this month" "while some devices have already received it", s22 ultras had an update recently and due to that we have to wait longer.

Hey samsung, here's a huge but simple tip to keep us happy...
UNDER PROMISE, OVER DELIVER!!!!!
and if you can't understand this... I'll simplify it. Tell us the 22nd and release it on the 20th....

Samsung Canada never promised anything, in fact, Samsung Canada hasn't said ANYTHING at all about One UI V5.0.. 

ONLY thing regarding any One UI Updates, is a year old and about One UI V4.0

Is it rogers who posted the false update info then?.. I saw a screenshot that got us all excited

I wouldn't say that Rogers, or Telus posted "false information". All of both Carriers OS Update Schedules are ALWAYS TENTATIVE. It says so right on the website.

Samsung Canada provides the update information to the Carriers, so if there's a change in date, it is Samsung who made the decision.

I think you can understand my point and why so many waited till midnight and early morning for this, you cannot see this from their posts.
Anyway.. it will be here eventually...
My point still stands.. say december and release it in November... everyone is happy
