Samsung Canada customer care just confirmed to me that because Samsung sends out the updates in batches that we will only get the update in mid to end of November.
The guy didn't want to really answer my question, but has said the next update should be released the "3rd week of this month" "while some devices have already received it", s22 ultras had an update recently and due to that we have to wait longer.
