Hi Samsung admins, is there any difference between these two portals:

Because I have Samsung account, I logged in, but I can't find my order in the second website. I try to search by copy-paste my order ID but it came as "invalid order number" . The first link came from email confirmation after I place my order through. 

I believe both are Canadian Samsung portals but my order isn't linked between those two?? Also why my order ID not found/invalid?? This is a pre-oder of S21 Ultra if that matter.

mine does the same thing. when I'm logged into my spc samsung account and when I'm logged into the regular samsung account. I'm not sure why that happens but they should be the same account. in my preorders it only shows the s21 in my spc account and not my regular one. try 48hrs from when you ordered it.

First link is for orders that are placed with Samsung Partner Program, and the second link are for orders placed not from the Partner Program (regular customers.)
