I have S24 ultra. Screen brightness also doesn't work, especially in the sun.

Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.. see if that helps?

But, after every Android version update, I ALWAYS Backup my device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset..

Since you have tried every thing, unfortunately nothing works as a last resort, a factory reset can help clear any software issues from the update. Just make sure to back up your data beforehand!
