Secure Folder App

Hi all.

I have forgotten my PIN number for my Secure Folder app, but no option is shown to change PIN /Forgot Password.

Is it the same device that you set up the Secure Folder on initially?

You could try Clearing Cache ONLY for the Secure Folder & Reboot.. ⚠️DO NOT CLEAR DATA ⚠️ for the Secure Folder See if that gives you the option to Reset your password for the Secure Folder, if it's the same device, (I imagine that it is, but just need to confirm.)

It might have been on another device, this one is 3 months old (S20), had an S20FE before. Thank you for your advice. I don't really need it. Thx

Was only asking if you had restored the Secure Folder from another device, as that might explain why you don't see the option to Reset the password on this device as the Secure Folder can not be imported from a different device... if that makes sense? 🤔
