Galaxy SBoot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.. see if that helps?
But, after every Android version update, I ALWAYS Backup my device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset..

Galaxy SHi ALMQ91,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience after updating to One UI 7 on your Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Since you have tried every thing, unfortunately nothing works as a last resort, a factory reset can help clear any software issues from the update. Just make sure to back up your data beforehand!

If these issues are still unresolved, please visit a Samsung Authorized Service Center to have the phone checked in person. There may be an underlying hardware issue that needs attention.

Thank you.
