Galaxy SHi EC1, that's strange! We appreciate your efforts in performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Unfortunately, the issue is not resolved please try a different internet connection. If that doesn't work perform Reset your network settings and check if the YouTube is working fine.
Go to Settings > Select General management > Select Reset > Select Reset network settings > Select Reset settings > Select Reset to confirm.
After resetting, you can reconnect to Wi-Fi networks and pair Bluetooth devices.

This has nothing to do with Bluetooth!
You might want to delete, or at least re-read & answer the actual question.
As for the OP's issue with YouTube, they might want to Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.. see if that fixes the issue with YouTube?
It does sound like there's a possible conflict with something, Wiping Cache may help to resolve the issue.
By the way, you know that Airplane Mode is Enabled??
You should Try turning it OFF 😉
