Ready- On the way - ready - what’s going on?!

So 3 days ago finally said ready to ship, yesterday changed to on the way and this morning its back to ready to ship. Obviously chat is useless..its a different story every time i ask. So no bother.

 

red 256GB S22 Ultra - any idea? in Ontario Thanks

Until you get a tracking # it is not likely on the way unfortunately

" On it way " doesn't mean the device is shipped its just Samsung way of upsetting their loyal customers and givthem false hope. Mine has been " On it way "for over a week now and still no device or email with tracking info, and when I called customer service, I was told it can still be another 3 to 4 weeks.

Good luck trying to get a straight answer from Samsung.

I gave up on their chat, no point! Been over a month now since pre-order. They should start using the term re-birth next cycle because there isn’t any pre to the order!

From what I've read, the first in the way was from the factory to Samsung Canada, once received in Canada it's at the state of ready to ship from Samsung Canada to you.

What I don’t understand is that mine flips from on the way to ready to ship everyday for the past 3 days lol! One day it’s on the way and then next day again ready to ship! And obviously chat has no answer!

Someone at a factory somewhere must be using carrier pigeons to ship it to Canada.
