Galaxy SHi@Kenny091,
Please note that the settings and functionality of the device will be effected once you have rooted it. Samsung does not recommend to root the device. In this case, your device needs to be repaired by the Samsung authorized technician to get it resolved. You would be charged for the repair.
You can find the the service center details by using your postal code in the below link and call them before visiting, as the working hours may differ during COVID-19 pandemic.
Whether it's a product repair or just some help and advice. There are authorised support centers across the CA that can help you.

I think reflashing stock firmware would help, but not a lot. The Knox bit was tripped. Sorry but that's irreversible. I think you could root again and install a Custom ROM with Magisk or Xposed modules to spoof the Knox bit.

Magisk Hide won't help on a device that is Rooted or was previously Rooted - Even if they Flash the Stock Samsung Firmware... Samsung Pass is toast.
I know that you CAN get Samsung Health to work by editing the build.prop - But that doesn't work for Samsung Pass.

Welp, I think it's obvious now that I never dealt with the joys of flashing custom ROMs. @Shaggyskunk1 is very experienced however
