S10E camera settings crashing

Hi there, 

Every time I try to access to the camera settings, it crashes. It has been doing so since the last months, and I did not worry, since I do not access to that function. 

Now my kid is getting my phone and opening the camera and making hundreds of photos. The only way to disable that, is with the functions "Enable/Disable Double Press Power Button for Camera" that are available in the camera settings. So now I need to access here.. for my mental health 😉

Did all the usual things, cleared up cache, opened in safe mode. Any other suggestion?

You mean the Settings in the Camera app itself?

You could try Settings > Apps > Camera & IT'S Storage & Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the camera & Reboot.

Since you tried Clearing the Device's Cache & Safe Mode, if the suggestion above does not work for you, then the only thing I can think of atm, is Backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

I was experiencing this same issue on my S22
I would take alot of photos and randomly....my camera would crash.
The only resolution that worked for me was a factory reset. It's been fine since.
