I let one person on my phone, for not even a minute and watched what they did on it, plus they have nothing to gain from monitoring my phone and I don't see them as that kind of person. However, my brand new S22's battery is draining way faster than it was when I got the phone and my memory usage usually sits around 4.3-4.5 gb where as now it'll sit anywhere between 4.6-5.8gb until I force stop a bunch of apps. That will help the problem for about a day until it reverts back to draining and running super slow again... I've checked all my apps on my phone, including system apps, ran Google Play protect, ran device and battery care, I have 3 anti virus' I still need to check out (McAphee / Norton360 / AVG Antivirus) but I cannot see or catch anything suspicious...it almost seems malware like..... I haven't downloaded any new apps, I've checked my apps memory and battery usage and my top used apps don't seem to be an issue... Any ideas??

lol did you ask that person if they did some voodoo? Clear the cache and see what happens. Battery sometimes does that and might take a few cycles to ACTUALLY settle down!

Haha now you know! Don’t let them near!
yes cache partition as well would be awesome idea! Use your phone as normal without looking at the battery too much for the next week! It will settle :)

Malwarebytes may be a good app to install and scan, although I find that once you've done the scanning, you might want to uninstall because it may use up a bit of resources.  And Avast anti-virus seems good.  I have it installed and from time to time, it will advise and offer to close apps that are running in the background.

If you are adventurous, you could also try rebooting in Safe Mode and try to figure out what may be causing your issue.

What's causing the issues on their device is the 3 different "antivirus" software nonsense that is running on their device!!!

You DON'T NEED "antivirus" software on your Android device!!

3 different ones running in the background are killing the battery & needlessly su*cking up RAM!

They've been downloaded, but none have been opened yet 😊

Please don't!

"antivirus" is altogether unnecessary on Android, the only informed source that will tell you that you do, are the companies that are selling "antivirus" software!

For other causes of battery drain, look for apps that are always running / refreshing in the background. Some apps which are notorious for this behaviour are Facebook, & other social media apps.

If you Search your Settings for "sleeping", you should find, "sleeping, never sleeping & deep sleeping" apps in Settings > Battery & Device Care. This is one of the best places to choose which apps you want to allow to run without restrictions. Apps that you rarely use should be in "Deep Sleeping" & so on, based on your usage. Eventually Device Care will figure out for itself which apps you use most frequently & down to least. It should notify you when it wants to put rarely used apps into Deep Sleep. You will see your battery life improves over time 🕊
