Galaxy SYeah, you don't need CCleaner either.
If you want an app that's actually good & doesn't have a pretty questionable past (which CCleaner does), then get SD Maid from the Play Store. It's a MUCH better app designed by an actual Android Developer, "Darken" I know him from XDA & he is an actual Recognized Developer on XDA..

Galaxy SA few things to consider with any Android device and particularly a brand new one.
Regarding RAM or Memory There's an expression, "unused RAM is wasted RAM".
RAM is the quick access memory on your device, it doesn't matter how much, or how little is being used at any given moment. Android is very efficient in how it uses RAM.
As for "antivirus" software... wow, 3 different ones.. I've never used it & if it comes pre-installed, I disable it!
I should have answered the question about RAM/memory usage first, because while I said that Android is very efficient with it's RAM usage, so called "antivirus" software is ANYTHING BUT!
I'd start by UNINSTALLING ALL the "antivirus" software that you downloaded from the Play Store / Galaxy Store.
Samsung unfortunately comes preinstalled with McAfee "antivirus" so you can't actually uninstall it, but if you could, I'd uninstall that too!
Android devices like Samsung, don't need any "antivirus" software, seriously they don't!
And if you're looking for "battery killers", having "antivirus" software, constantly running in the background will definitely take a bunch of your battery, & as I mentioned previously, it's actually taking up RAM for nothing too!
Honestly the only "virus" running on your device, is all the "antivirus" software that you have running on your device.
Please uninstall Norton & AVG, this is an android device, not your home computer.
I'd tell you to Uninstall McAfee as well, but like I said you can't because it's preinstalled, but you can however disable it, which I would strongly recommend!!
I've attached a screen shot of McAfee's "device protection" on my S20 Ultra, and you'll notice that it's never been activated on my device & it's never scanned my device, because I didn't allow it to, "antivirus" software is not needed on your Samsung Android phone!
Seriously Uninstall Norton & AVG, disable McAfee, Reboot and watch how quickly your battery life improves & not that it matters, but the amount of RAM being used will shrink significantly too!

Galaxy SPlease read my previous post carefully, if you haven't already.
You REALLY DON'T NEED any antivirus on Samsung's Android devices, but at the very least... PLEASE uninstall the Norton & AVG "antivirus" apps, they are USELESS, will actually trigger more false positives than anything... AND they will absolutely drain the life out of your battery!!
The RAM usage is really neither here nor there, but it does not to be used by pointless "antivirus" software running in the background!
After you uninstall Norton & AVG, it'd be a good idea to to Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache.. But remember this, the Cache will ALWAYS be rebuilt on the first Boot, because that's what it is DESIGNED to do.
I'd also disable McAfee if it was my device, but I get the feeling that it gives you some sense of security (which unfortunately it doesn't actually do).
If you do this, you'll see that the battery life is going to be much better & RAM usage will be down as well 👍

Galaxy SI think that you should just be able to clear Cache & Data for Device Care & McAfee should be turned off again, so I just never turn it on. On a couple of previous devices I'd start to get the "nag" reminder to turn it on, so I'd just Clear Cache & Data for Device Care & it eventually disappeared to...
Antivirus really isn't necessary on Android.. really not.

Galaxy SAnd dear Brantley, what do you suppose the solution is, wiping Cache.. or perhaps if they uninstalled the redundant "antivirus" apps, which would be running in the background constantly.. AND using memory (RAM) for nothing?
I'll look forward to your thoughts 🙂
