Hey. Has anyone had any issues with really slow or non existent 5g networks. I uunderstand there is some network delays and such . But I'm talking like 5 min to load one singe page. Or have to restart your phone to get a better speed haha. Please comment. Ready to toss this phone away !!!

Nope. My S22 Ultra is fast on 5G mobile. Could this caused by your mobile carrier?

I have been thru all possible avenues... samsung says the phones fine.. bell says the Sim card and network is fine.. however my son who's using a s21 samsung and bell network.. is running fine. I've have had both phones side by side.. and major delays.

Buy because samaungs says there is nothing out of the ordinary and there system tested the phone .. it seems fine

Just wanted to see if there is any other people having issues

A few things you can try is to clear your cache partition in recovery and /or reset your network settings (you will have to set up your wifi & passwords again) and at the same time maybe you can delete your history and data in your browser and see if your pages load quicker.

Hi Nathan87, we appreciate your efforts in performing all the necessary troubleshooting steps to get is resolved.

Unfortunately, factory reset might be the last option to fix the problem.

Please perform back up and factory reset by following the steps in the given links.

I have the same issue, I can connect to the 5g but when the phone wants to retrieve data it does not work, so it switches to 4g for 1 sec retrieves some data and than back to 5g where nothing happens for 30 sec, back to 4g , and so on until the page is loaded

I already did the factory reset (done at a samsung service centre) and nothing changed (also changed my SIM). What can I do now?

I'm having the same issue S22 ultra in Canada. Did a factory reset, still did not work. Put my Sim into a different  phone and network is very strong. I believe its the October update that screwed up the phone and yet no fixes have been rolled out. Shame on Samsung, might have to rethink on which phone to purchase next.
