Galaxy SAnd, sorry did you mean, not knowing how to Clear Cache from Recovery?
Other than Clearing Cache from Recovery, and the other things that you tried..
You could use Samsung Members app to run the Diagnostics for the Camera & see if you get any error messages?
If no error messages, then the only other thing that I can think of, backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

Galaxy SHi, as suggested by RedDogRabbit the only option we have left is to back up your data and factory reset the device.
