Does anybody have tips I can try please, my call volume is way to low, I can barely hear who I am speaking with. I've tried everything I can think off plus more, mobile carrier support, Samsung support even a repair place, amd no change.
I imagine you have already checked that your volume is up under settings, sounds and vibrations, volume
You could go to support at bottom right of samsung members app on your device and check under phone diagnostics - specifically - speakers and see if there are any problems showing with your device

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.
