Please try the following steps to resolve the camera quality issue:

Clear Camera App Cache and Data
Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. (Note: This will reset your camera settings.) -
Check for Updates
Open both the Galaxy Store and Google Play Store to ensure the Camera app is fully updated. -
Restart Your Device
After clearing cache/data, restart your phone. -
Reset Camera Settings
Open the Camera app, tap the gear icon for settings, then select Reset settings. -
Test in Safe Mode
Hold the Power button > tap and hold Power Off > tap Safe Mode. This will help determine if third-party apps are causing the issue. -
Run Diagnostics
Open the Samsung Members app > Support > Phone diagnostics > Camera to check for hardware problems.
For the battery drain:

Disable Battery Protection and Adaptive Battery under Settings > Battery.

Use Device Care > Diagnostics > Battery Status to perform a quick check.
We also recommend sending an error report via the Samsung Members app right after the issue occurs so the development team can analyze your logs directly.
