S23 Graphite - Awaiting Dispatch but over 2 month expected shipment date!?

I ordered my S23 Graphite phone on July 16, 2023 and was upset to see in my order confirmation that the expected arrival time would be 4-5 weeks.

I've been reviewing the order now and then and noticed the expected shipment date was late August. The status has been stuck on "awaiting dispatch" for about a week now, however, when I reviewed it today the expected shipment date is now late September!

Has anyone else experienced this? Two months is absolutely ridiculous! I could have just purchased my phone from a retailer, however, I thought I would have a better experience purchasing directly from Samsung.

It now says it will start shipping February 7, 2023... I'm so confused.

I think Graphite is a custom colour so it takes time for them to make it.

I did contact their customer support and they weren't able to explain why the shipping date was so odd or why it says it is "on the way."

 

They did, however, advise that the expecting shipping date is currently late August.

Their logistics are all over the place. The dates will keep changing everytime you go back into the page to look at the shipping date lol

I ordered my Tab S9 Ultra on August 1st and it said shipping on August 3rd. Then a day after it said July 23rd. Right now it says July 31st ...

No clue what's going on
