Galaxy STry the following:
- Settings > Apps > Samsung Health & Click on it & Scroll down to Battery & Click on it, make sure that it's set to "Optimized". You could also try "Restricted".
- I don't use a Samsung Watch, but if there's an option to Restrict Background Usage, select that.
It sounds like your watch & Samsung Health on your phone are continually Syncing.
Try this & see if the battery life improves.
