S23 ultra screen freezing and random restarting

I bought s23 ultra in august 2023. Since december my screen freezes randomly for 30 seconds then system ui error and process system not responding. Went to authorised repair centre. Second time visit they replaced motherboard in december. For a month it was fine and then problem came back and now it randomly restarts as well. Called Samsung and they said take again to Repair centee. I went there and they checked and said everything is good. Showed them screenshot of error as well. Now problem is still there and email Samsung Canada ceo and filed bbb complaint and review. Either they replace the device or loose long time customer of 15 years.

Do you have auto restart enabled? This can help prevent your device from having crashes. Also, you can try clearing your cache partition. This will purge files from software updates that can cause errors.
