Is there anybody having issue trying activating wifi calling on Virgin Plus? When I put the sim in from bell it has the options and the option disappear when it's the virgin sim.

Have you checked with Virgin? Does your plan included WiFi calling?

Their websites stipulate Samsung
Galaxy S8 and all newer models, my friend is matching all other criteria from virgin : THE RUNDOWN
You can use Wi-Fi calling on your phone when:
You're on a plan that includes unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting
You’re sending or receiving calls and texts in Canada
You have access to a Wi-Fi connection

The fact that Virgin Plus supports WiFi Calling for the Z Flip 3 but makes no mention of the Z Flip 4, and the fact that the Virgin SIM does not give you the option for WiFi Calling, but Bell's SIM does, suggests that maybe Virgin Plus does not support WiFi Calling on the S23 series.

I'm with Virgin Plus, and I've got WiFi calling enabled for my unlocked S23 Ultra from Samsung Canada!

Then maybe the OP' SIM card needs to be replaced by Virgin Plus?

Thanks for the answer, I'm a sales person in store and was asking for one of my customer. I'm out of idea on how to make it work lol, I've deleted the cache, changed phone plan, changed the sim, reset network settings, repaired app. Now I've escalated the '' wifi call options" I was only wondering if somebody was able to make it work on an s23 on virgin thanks for confirming the thing work.

Did you set up WiFi calling in phone app, settings, fill in the emergency address...

This is the issue, from what I written, there's no options inside the phone app lol only if I put a bell one it appears, the options is not there with the virgin sim.

Try Resetting Network Settings AGAIN, or Factory Reset the device.

You could also open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support & Diagnostics. Run the Diagnostics for the SIM. See if you get any error messages?
