Well a couple of things:
1st: is MAC filtering - if you have the admin credentials to logon to your router - double check thay
A) 2.4+5Ghz netorks are not bridged and if so swe if your S24+ ia somehow restricted. Or check if other syreaming devices have a priority?
B) See how long your router gets a new DNS lease, if over 5 days narrow it to 2 days.
c) Settings, WiFi settings, metered networks should be set to automatically and in tbe menu top right Intelligent WiFi should be enabled.

Aorry my auggestions did not lead to a solution but at least it has narrowed down what isnt the root cause. Hopefully someone can help.

Run diagnostics against WiFi from setting-> device care->diagnostics, let's see results, HW issue or SW issue? then think next step.
