Galaxy SNo issues with WiFi on my S25 Ultra.
Try the suggestions from @Tallman & @Ray1.
Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache after every Security Patch OTA is also a good idea.

Galaxy SMy Router is using 2.4 Ghz, 5 Ghz and WiFi 6. No issues.
While it's possible that your issue is related to the update, it's not affecting my S25 Ultra in any way.

Galaxy SPower settings between both bands,
Any hidden or not,
Security settings wpaa2/3 /etc
Type or model or outer or setup of SSID 's just basic info :(
When others chime in w more basic info, it doesn't help anyone isolate the root cause until too many people complain :(
It's not the same as "there's a bug in my food" at a restaurant.
It's more like U"ber overcharged me or double billed me."
OK, what's the amount or date of the charge? How was it paid?
^ "they just charged me too much"
