• Its a really great and forgotten features with huge potential but hasn't been touched other than few very minor changes.

You are moving the goalposts. You asked for quadrant split screen that used predefined positions and a precise 2x2 grid. Now you're adding qualifications to that. Again, be more explicit upfront.
