Galaxy SThe S22 series, like it's recent predecessors, has a "sealed" body, along with it's ip68 water & dust rating.
What is the ip68 rating >>
Any pressure fluctuations should normalize on their own, but you could try a "Speaker Cleaner" app as well.
There's a few "speaker cleaner" apps on the Play Store, while they are designed to help remove any moisture, they might just work for this.
