Samsung gave FedEx the wrong address

So I ordered my S22 on February 20. The expected arrival date was March 13 (lol). On March 8 I was checking my order status online and I realized that one number in my address was incorrect. I quickly contacted Samsung support and had them correct it. The address online changed to the correct address a day or two later. Perfect. It is now 3 weeks later and my phone was supposed to be delivered this morning. Then I get a notification from Fed Ex that my delivery was delayed due to an incorrect address. I popped up a chat with Fed Ex support and sure enough, the shipping label they received is the incorrect one. Now I am waiting after a phone call to Samsung support for a follow up email on when they can get it reshipped out to me. 

I fixed my address 3 weeks before it was shipped. This should not have happened. I was frustrated with the false promises of "you're order will be shipped in the next 24-48 hours" for two weeks. I was frustrated with how long it sat in a warehouse just waiting to be shipped out. I am absolutely livid that they screwed up my address and I have to waste even more time with support to sort it out. Get it together, Samsung.

Update: They tried to blame me by saying they didn't received the change in address in time to update Fed Ex.  The address was changed 3 weeks before it was shipped.

They have now lied to me and told me a request was made with fed ex to change the address and they are waiting for fed ex to accept the request. Fed ex says no requests have been made.

You are so lucky, at least they sent your phone. I ordered my Samsung S22U on Feb 9th and still is in "preparing dispatch". Or you just got a fake delivery notice 👎.

Silly question but if you have the email from FedEx with the tracking number then why wouldn't a simple phone call to FedEx resolve this...


That makes no sense to me.
