When accessing a particular website I get a "This site can't be reached" error. I am able to access the same website via Chrome.

Quite likely the issue is an Ad Blocker you have running on Samsung Internet.

Whitelist the site, or disable the Ad Blocker when you want to view the site.

Many legitimate sites have either Ads or Analytics & Ad Blockers will create this error.

I don't have any Ad Blockers installed

If you click on the "Hamburger menu" bottom right & click on "ad blockers", is anything enabled?

Weird..

I don't use Koodo, but I don't have any problem getting to the site.

It's possible that if you were trying to login, there's a different issue?

Seeing as how I can get to Koodo's login page & the screen shot that I posted was with Samsung Internet, it's something on your end that is causing the issue for you.

Try a Reboot, but I think that it's something else going on for you.
