Galaxy SYou could check for updates to Samsung Messages, Clear it's Cache & Data, but it's quite likely that it's just a network outage with your Carrier.
You can also check on
downdetector.ca to see if your Carrier has been experiencing any issues.

Galaxy SHi kmohanraj, I suggest you to try the steps below to clear the cache and get back to us with the results.
Empty your phone's cache memory. To clear the cache, go to Settings, drag to and tap on Apps. Go to the app you want to erase and tap it. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache.
