Samsung S21 ultra one UI 4

Hi everyone,

I am in Canada and using S21 ultra. But I haven't received the new Android 12 update. Anyone know why?

I also own the S21 Ultra, received, downloaded and installed the One UI4 update on December 6th, 2021. Give these suggestions a try. They should work.
1) Go into settings
2) Scroll down to Software Update
3) Tap download and install
4) Follow the instructions to complete the installation

According to Samsung & XDA, the One UI V4.0 update was released, but fairly soon after it was pulled because of some issues with Google Services. 

That would explain why some people received it & others didn't.

It appears that the issues have been resolved, and Samsung has started to resume the update to One UI V4.0 for various devices. 

This is NOT new information as it has been posted here a number of times already.

I did went to software update but it's showing up to date

You can also check to see if the update has been automatically installed. Try these suggestions:
1) Go into settings
2) Tap about phone
3) Tap software information
If the One UI version says 4.0 and the Android version says 12, then the update has been installed on your phone and you're good to go.

It has not been installed. My phone is still in 3.1 android 11

Another suggestion, try turning the phone off, waiting 5 to 10 seconds, turn the phone back on and retry the suggestions to download and install the update.
